もう何年も、届いているRichardさんからのメール。

文面から、「友だちなのかな？」と、何度か思いだそうとしたのですが、全く知らない人なんです

当たり障りのない内容ですが、憎めない人そうです。月に1-2度、届くRichardからのメールを迷惑メールなのか、誰かとまちがっているのかと思いつつも読んでしまいます（笑）。　内容は、いつも当たり障りのない（彼の住む）ロサンゼルスの天気やニュースと、映画スターの事です。

Just wanted to wish you a Happy New Year again!
I hope you had a wonderful time!
Me, I was BBUUSSYYY!! I think this is the first time Ive had time available since the new year began.

What did you do to bring in the new year??
I went with sum friends to The Cheesecake Factory. If you haven't been there, its a really nice place where you can sit down and eat. Its a great place to spend time with friends. I got to watch the ball drop on TV. After that, I went home to sleep and came back to work early the next morning.
Also, the weather here has been crazy. Its been raining, then sunny, then we got the rain again. A lot of my coworkers are getting sick. I'm just glad I'm still okay.

Anyways, this Monday there's a big premiere at the Chinese Theater for the movie Green Hornet with Seth Rogen and Cameron Diaz. If I get some good pictures, I'll definitely send them to you.
